Delivery & Unloading Policy
- **Minimum Order: 50 cones.**
- **Curbside Delivery: Freight carriers deliver to the curb.**
- **Customer Responsibility: The customer/municipality must unload the shipment. Drivers do not hand‑unload.**
- **Forklift or Liftgate Required: All 50‑cone (and larger) orders ship on pallets. A forklift or prepaid liftgate service is required for delivery.**
- **No Equipment on Site? If no forklift or liftgate is arranged, the carrier may charge redelivery or return fees.**
